At Advanced Audiology Associates, you'll be cared for by our team of highly qualified professionals who've dedicated their lives to help our patients obtain their best hearing.  

Dr. Fletcher has over 25 years experience as an audiologist; she has been in private practice since February of 2000. Prior to owning her own practice, she had worked as a dispensing audiologist for another practice in Massachusetts. Dr. Fletcher obtained her Masters in Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston and her Doctorate from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelors in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her area of expertise is in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing.

​She and her husband have one daughter, two dogs, and three cats. In her spare time she can be found spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and boating.

Dr. Tiffany Pfleger has been a clinical dispensing audiologist since 1996 when she received her master’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston. She went on to obtain her doctoral degree (Au.D.) in 2011 from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ.  

Dr. Pfleger has personal experience with hearing loss due to scarlet fever as a child. She has used a hearing aid since 1993, which led her to pursue a career in audiology and continues to help her empathize with her patient’s hearing needs. Dr. Pfleger’s primary interest is in advanced hearing aid technology and she prides herself on staying up to date on all the ever-changing innovations in her profession. ​

Dr. Pfleger has a partner, two daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys long dog walks in Thompson’s field, gardening, and going out to dinner.  

Dr. Ryann Souza is originally from New Bedford, MA. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. Her clinical focus is in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing for the adult population.

Dr. Ryann is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing and overall quality of life through individualized, compassionate care. She is excited to be practicing on Cape Cod and looks forward to building lasting relationships within the community.

She and her fiancé, Colby, share their home with two dogs, Duke and Daisy. In her free time, Dr. Ryann enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Olivia started with the practice in 2021 as a Hearing Aid Technician. After working in the hearing healthcare field for several years and seeing the impact hearing devices had on the lives and relationships of countless patients, she decided to pursue further education and licensure under the direction of Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Pfleger.

Her primary areas of expertise include patient-specific communication assessments, individualized hearing aid recommendations, and comprehensive hearing care.

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys collecting and refinishing antique furniture, practicing yoga, and spending time with her cat, Pepper.
